9. How to upload in to FTP?

  • Type the following link ftp://ftp.MT Source.com / in the address bar
  • Log on window will be displayed
  • Give your Username and password provided by us and log in
  • Copy the file (Which is to be sent to us) from your system and put it in to our MT Source folder
  • In the same way you can get the completed file

10. What about your file claims?

Mostly claims are filed electronically with the insurance companies. We use HCFA forms for claims submission for companies that are not currently setup to receive claims electronically.

11. What benefit I get by filing the claims electronically?

By our electronic billing service, you receive reimbursement quickly (within 1-2 weeks) from the respective insurance company.

12. Do you levy any extra charge on electronic transmission of claims to the clearinghouse?

No. There is no extra charge for electronic transmission of claims.

13. Where will the insurance companies send the payments?

Payments will be directly sent to you. You send us scanned copies of the checks and EOBs, which will lead us to perform effective follow-up.

14. What is your action on unpaid claims?

We will process again by getting some more information from you.

15. Will you process on old bills? 

A special arrangement can be made to handle your old bills.

17. Will I be asked to pay any other costs or charges?
